10.3.2.2. Dismantling and assembly of the engine

Remove an arm of 3 (fig. 10-22) with the module 4 ignitions, and then a cap 2 with laying and a clamp 1 with a sealing ring.
Remove tubes of a supply and discharge of fuel, having disconnected them from the unit of the central injection and from an arm on a cover of a head of cylinders.
Remove the unit of the central injection, having turned off hairpins of fastening and remove laying from a surface of an inlet pipe.

Remove an inlet pipe 2 (fig. 10-23) with a heater 1. If necessary on a workbench disconnect from an inlet pipe a heater with laying and a sealing ring.
Remove the sensor of provision of a bent shaft installed on a camshaft drive cover.
Further dismantling of the engine is carried out regularly as it is specified in the section II. At removal of conrod and piston group it is not allowed to press off bolts of rods.
Assembly of the engine is carried out as it should be, the return to dismantling. Under the unit of the central injection laying of one-time use therefore at assembly always replace it new is established.
