Provision of butterfly valves. Partial opening of a butterfly valve of the first camera at which the top short mustache of the lever 3 adjoins to the lever 2 (see fig. 3-95, a) has to be 6±0,25 mm. This size can be adjusted a podgibaniye of the top short mustache of the lever 3.
Full opening of butterfly valves is checked by turn of levers of their drive in situation against the stop. The size of the maximum opening of a butterfly valve of the first camera (13±0,1 mm) is regulated by a podgibaniye of the lower short mustache of the lever 3.
The size of the maximum opening of a butterfly valve of the second camera (17±0,1 mm) is regulated by a wraparound or an otvorachivaniye of a rod of a pneumatic actuator.

Position of the microswitch. The microswitch 3 (fig. 3-96) has to be switched off at turn of the lever 2 clockwise against the stop. At turn of the lever 2 of a starting position counterclockwise against the stop in a short mustache And the lever 1, the microswitch has to turn on.
For adjustment of the moment of inclusion and switching off of the microswitch weaken screws of its fastening to an arm and turn the microswitch of rather top screw in required position. Then tighten fastening screws.

Starting arrangement. At turn of the lever 1 (fig. 3-97) counterclockwise against the stop, the air gate has to be completely closed. And in this position of the lever the end of draft 3 has to be in the end of a groove of a rod 4 starting arrangements, but at the same time not move a rod. This requirement is fulfilled by a podgibaniye of draft 3.
At completely closed air gate, the butterfly valve of the first camera has to be slightly opened on 0,9–1,0 mm (a gap With — distance between the gate and a wall of the camera in the place of transitional openings of system of idling). This gap is regulated by a podgibaniye of draft 7.
Completely closed air gate has to open on 5,5±0,25 mm (a gap In) a rod of the starting arrangement at its movement manually to the right against the stop. This size is regulated by the screw 5.
Fuel supply by the accelerating pump is checked for ten full courses (turns) of the lever 4 (fig. 3-95) of the drive of butterfly valves. The fuel which came out a pump spray for these ten courses gathers in a beaker. Its volume has to be 5,25–8,75 cm3.
Before check make ten trial courses the lever 3 for filling of channels of the accelerating pump.
Tightness of the needle valve is checked at the stand which provides supply of fuel to the carburetor under pressure of 30 KPA (3 m of water column). After installation of level of fuel in a control test tube of the stand its falling is not allowed during 10–15 pages. If fuel level in a test tube goes down, then it indicates leak of fuel via the needle valve.
