On the VAZ-2107 cars since 1986 of release carburetors of model 21053-1107010 (fig. 3-98) can be installed. The carburetor of emulsion type, two-chamber, with consecutive opening of butterfly valves. The carburetor has the balanced float-operated camera, system of a suction of crankcase gases for a butterfly valve, blocking of the second camera.

In the carburetor there are main dosing systems (fig. 3-99) of the first and second cameras, system of idling (fig. 3-100) of the first camera with transitional system, transitional system of the second camera, the economizer of compulsory idling, the economizer of the power modes (fig. 3-101), the diaphragm accelerating pump (fig. 3-102), the starting arrangement (fig. 3-103).
Tarirovochny data of the carburetor are provided in tab. 3-7.


Removal and installation of the carburetor on the car 
Removal and installation of the carburetor is carried out only on the cold engine. It is recommended to avoid frequent removal of the carburetor.
Remove the air filter. Disconnect draft of the drive of butterfly valves, draft and a cover of draft of the drive of the air gate and a hose of a supply of fuel from the carburetor. Turn out the screw and remove the block of heating of the carburetor.
Disconnect electric wires of the economizer of compulsory idling from the carburetor.
Turn off nuts of fastening of the carburetor, remove the carburetor and close a cap an entrance opening of an inlet pipe.
Carry out installation of the carburetor upside-down. Moment of an inhaling of nuts of fastening of the carburetor of 12,8-15,7 N · m (1,3–1,6 kgfs · м).
Dismantling and assembly of the carburetor
Turn out screws of fastening of a cover of the carburetor and carefully remove it not to damage laying and a float. 
Sort a carburetor cover:

— a mandrel carefully push out axis 1 (fig. 3-104) of a float 3 of racks and, without injuring float uvulas, remove it;
— remove laying 4 covers, turn out a saddle of the needle valve 2, turn off a branch pipe of the 15th supply of fuel and take out the fuel filter 13;
— turn out the case of a fuel jet of idling with the electromagnetic locking valve 10 and take out a jet 9;
— turn out axis 19, remove the lever 18 of control of the air gate, disconnect a control lever spring the air gate. If necessary turn out screws of the air gate, take out the gate 14 and axis 16;
— disassemble the diaphragm starting arrangement, having uncovered the 8th starting arrangement assembled with the adjusting screw 7. Take out a spring 6 and a diaphragm 5 with a rod.

Disassemble the case of the carburetor (fig. 3-105) for what execute the following operations:
— uncover 3 accelerating pumps with the lever 2 and a diaphragm 1;
— take out sprays 10 of the accelerating pump and sprays 11 of the first and second cameras;
— turn off a nut of an axis of a butterfly valve of the first camera, remove a cam 4 drives of the accelerating pump and a washer;
— turn out the adjusting screw 29 of amount of mix of idling;
— having broken a plastic cap 25, turn out the adjusting screw 27 of quality (structure) of mix of idling;
— uncover the 5th economizer of the power modes, a diaphragm 6 and a spring;
— turn out a fuel jet of the 7th economizer of the power modes, the main air jets 12 with emulsion tubes and the main fuel jets of 13 main dosing systems.
If necessary turn out screws of fastening of a butterfly valve 23 first cameras, remove the gate and take out axis 19 assembled with drive levers. Having removed a lock washer and having turned out fastening screws, remove a butterfly valve 24 second cameras and take out an axis 22 gates.
Carry out assembly of the carburetor in the return sequence. At a zavertyvaniye of screws of fastening of butterfly valves to a raschekanta on a contour screws on the special adaptation excluding deformation of axes of gates.
