Installation of level of fuel in the float-operated camera. Necessary level is provided with the correct installation of serviceable elements of the locking device (fig. 3-106).
Correctness of installation of a float 1 is checked by caliber 4 for what establish it perpendicular to a cover 2 with laying 3 which needs to be held horizontally floats up. Between caliber on a contour and floats there has to be a gap no more than 1 mm. If necessary regulate a podgibaniye of a uvula and levers of a float. The basic surface of a uvula has to be perpendicular axes of the needle valve 5 and should not have dents and забоин.

Adjustment of the starting arrangement. At turn of the lever 4 (see fig. 3-103) controls of the air gate 5 to the full counterclockwise the air gate has to be completely closed under the influence of a spring 7. If the gate is not closed, remove the cause of jamming.
At completely closed air gate press manually a rod 3 starting arrangements against the stop. At the same time the air gate 5 has to open on 3,0 mm (a starting gap In). If necessary adjust a gap the screw 2.
The butterfly valve 12 first cameras at completely closed air gate has to be slightly opened on 1,1 mm (a starting gap C). Adjust this gap the screw 10.
Adjustment of idling of the engine

Adjustment of idling is carried out by the adjusting screw 2 (fig. 3-107) of quality (structure) of mix and the adjusting screw of 1 amount of mix. The adjusting screw 2 is closed by a cap 4. For access to the screw it is necessary to break a plastic cap 4.
Adjustment of idling needs to be carried out on the heated-up engine (temperature of cooling liquid of 90-95 °C) with the adjusted gaps in the gas distribution mechanism, with correctly established corner of an advancing of ignition and at completely open air gate.
Establish by the adjusting screw of 1 amount of mix on a stand tachometer the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine within 750–800 min.-1.
The adjusting screw 2 qualities (structure) of mix achieve concentration of the carbon monoxide (SO) in the fulfilled gases within 0,5–1,2% given to 20 °C and 760 mm of mercury., at this position of the screw 1.
The screw 1 restore the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft up to 750–800 min.-1.
If necessary the adjusting screw 2 restore concentration WITH to 0,5–1,2%.
Upon termination of adjustment sharply press a pedal of the drive of butterfly valves and release it, the engine has to increase trouble-free the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft, and at its reduction — not to decay. In case of an engine stop the screw 1 increase the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine within 750 - 800 min.-1.
Establish in an opening for the adjusting screw 2 qualities of mix a new plastic cap 4.
