On the VAZ-2107 car the carburetor 2107-1107010 of emulsion type, two-chamber, with the falling stream is installed. Has the balanced float-operated camera (fig. 3-82), two main dosing systems, the concentrating device (эконостат) with a pneumatic actuator, system of a suction of crankcase gases for a butterfly valve, a branch pipe for giving of depression to the vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition of the distributor of ignition, autonomous system of idling with a zkonomayzer of compulsory idling (fig. 3-83) with electronic control on the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft of the engine. Opening of a butterfly valve of the first camera is carried out from a pedal of the drive of control of the carburetor in interior of the car, and gate of the second camera from the pneumatic drive (fig. 3-84). The air gate has the diaphragm starting arrangement (fig. 3-85) for start of the cold engine. The accelerating pump (fig. 3-86) of diaphragm type, with the mechanical drive, gives fuel to the first camera.
The carburetor fastens on four hairpins of the inlet pipeline.

Adjustment of idling of the engine

Adjustment of idling of the engine is carried out by the screw 2 (fig. 3-87) defining composition of mix and the screw 1 operating amount of mix. That the owner of the car did not break factory adjustment, on napressovana screws the restrictive plastic plugs allowing to turn screws only half way.
If with plugs it is not possible to adjust contents WITH in the fulfilled gases, then unscrewing screws, break heads of plugs, turn out screws, remove from them plugs and again wrap screws in the carburetor.
Adjustment of idling is carried out on the heated-up engine (temperature of cooling liquid of 90-95 °C and oil of 75-90 °C) with the adjusted gaps in the mechanism of gas distribution and with correctly adjusted ignition advancing corner.
You carry out adjustment in the following order:
— establish by the screw 1 (see fig. 3-87) on a stand tachometer the frequency of rotation of bent shaft 820-900 mines-1,
— the screw 2 achieve concentration * WITH in the fulfilled gases within 0,5–1,2% at this position of the screw 1;
— the screw 1 restore the frequency of rotation of a bent shaft up to 820–900 min.-1,
— if necessary the screw 2 restore concentration WITH to 0,5 - 1,2%;

Level of fuel, necessary for normal operation of the carburetor, is provided by the correct installation of serviceable elements of the locking device (fig. 3-89).
The distance between a float and the laying 10 adjacent to a carburetor cover (size A), has to make 6,5±0,25 mm; this size by a podgibaniye of a uvula 8 is regulated. At the same time the basic surface of a uvula has to be perpendicular axes of the needle valve and should not have jags and dents.
You make control in caliber 67.8151.9505. You hold a cover of the carburetor vertically so that the uvula of the 8th float slightly touched a ball of the 5th needle valve 4, not utaplivy it.
Regulate the size of 8±0,25 mm of the maximum course of a float a podgibaniye of an emphasis 3. The Ottyazhny fork of the 6th needle of the valve should not interfere with free movement of a float.
At installation of a cover of the carburetor check whether touches a float walls of the float-operated camera.

...... NOTE
It is necessary to check installation of a float always when replacing a float or the needle valve; in the latter case it is necessary to replace also sealing laying of the valve.
