3.14.9. Assembly of the carburetor

The carburetor gathers in the sequence, the return dismantling. At the same time pay attention to the following:
— the float has to rotate freely on the axis, without touching camera walls;
— the needle valve has to slide freely in the nest without distortions and jammings, and the lead of the valve should not obstruct the traffic of a uvula of a float.
That at assembly not to mix in places jets of the first and second cameras, pay attention to marking of jets and at their installation be guided by the table of tarirovochny data provided in the beginning of the head.

The main air jets 3 (see fig. 3-82) have marking on the top plane of a head of a jet (for example, "150") which designates diameter of an opening of a jet (1,50 mm).
At the main fuel jets of the 11th figure are put on a side surface ("112") and too designate diameter of an opening of a jet (1,12 mm).
Emulsion tubes 13 have marking on a cylindrical surface, in the lower part of tubes. There figures (for example, "F15") which designate number of calibrating of a tube are put.
On small diffusers 18 there are also figures (for example, "4,5") designating number of calibrating of an opening of a spray.
Are beaten out from fuel jets of idling of figure on a cylindrical corbel (for example, "50" or "60") and specify diameter of an opening (0,50 or 0,60 mm).

Installation of a pneumatic actuator of a butterfly valve of the second camera. It is necessary to attach a rod 8 (see fig. 3-84) to the lever 6 on an axis of a butterfly valve of the second camera in the following order:
— turn a butterfly valve of the second camera in vertical position;
— press against the stop a rod of the 8th pneumatic actuator and, holding the plug 11 from a provorachivaniye, unscrewing or wrapping a rod, adjust its length so that the opening in a tip of a rod 8 appeared against a pin on the lever 6;
— put on a rod 8 a pin of the lever 6 and fix by a lock washer;
— fix a rod by the 8th lock-nut, holding other key the plug 11 from a provorachivaniye.
