3.7.3. Cylinders

Check whether the most admissible exceeds wear of cylinders — 0,15 mm.

Diameter of the cylinder is measured nutromery (fig. 3-22) in four belts, both in longitudinal, and in the cross direction of the engine (fig. 3-23). The caliber of A.96137 is applied to installation of a nutromer on zero.

Block cylinders on diameter are broken through 0,01 mm into five classes: And, B, C, D, E. Klass of the cylinder is marked on the lower plane of the block (fig. 3 — 24). On the same plane, and also on covers of radical bearings conditional number of the block of cylinders which indicates belonging of covers to this block is branded.

In a belt zone 1 cylinders practically do not wear out. Therefore on a difference of measurements in the first and other belts it is possible to judge the size of wear of cylinders.
If the maximum size of wear is more than 0,15 mm, chisel cylinders to the closest repair size of pistons (increased by 0,4 or 0,8 mm), having left an allowance of 0,03 mm for diameter under a honingovaniye. Then an otkhoninguyta cylinders, maintaining such diameter that at installation of the chosen repair piston the settlement gap between it and the cylinder was 0,05–0,07 mm.
