4.1.2. Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of coupling

In a hydraulic actuator of coupling tells incomplete switching off of coupling, and also "softness" and "failures" of a pedal of coupling about air.
For removal of air from a hydraulic actuator:
— clear a tank and the union for pumping of dust and dirt;
— check liquid level in a tank of a hydraulic actuator and if necessary add liquid;

— put on a hose a head of the union 9 (fig. 4-3) of the working cylinder and ship its lower end in a vessel with liquid for a hydraulic actuator (30–50 g);
— unscrew the union 9 on 1/2–3/4 turns, sharply press and smoothly release a pedal until allocation of vials of air from a hose stops;
— having pressed a pedal, wrap to the full the union. Remove a hose and put on an union cap.
If, despite long pumping, the hose leaves vials of air, check reliability of fastening of connections, find out whether they is not present on tubes of cracks or dribbles in connections with unions. Penetration of air through the damaged sealing rings of the main or working cylinders is possible.
When pumping:
— liquid level in a tank of a hydraulic actuator has to be higher than an opening of the tube connecting a tank to the main cylinder of coupling;
— the end of a hose for pumping has to be constantly shipped in liquid.
After pumping bring liquid level in a tank to the lower edge of a jellied mouth.
