4.1.8. Check of the main cylinder of the drive of coupling at the stand

Check on tightness of a back sealing ring. Install the main cylinder on the stand (see fig. 4-10), having provided at the same time good consolidation between a flange of the cylinder and the privalochny plane of the stand.
Attach to the cylinder a vessel 2 with liquid for a hydraulic actuator. Open the crane of compressed air at the unscrewed adjusting screw 6, and then slowly close the adjusting screw to an air outlet from a vessel 2.
Check the air pressure which has to be within 0,05–0,08 MPas (0,5–0,8 kgfs/cm2) on the manometer. With a smaller pressure replace a back sealing ring.

Check on tightness of a forward sealing ring. Install the main cylinder on the stand and connect it to a vessel with liquid for a hydraulic actuator and with manometers (fig. 4-11).
Close the crane of the manometer 3 and, moving a pusher of the main cylinder, provide the stable pressure of 0,2 MPas (2 kgfs of cm2).
At the fixed pusher and lack of dribble of liquid pressure has to remain constant within 2 min.
Close the crane of the manometer 4 and open the manometer 3 crane. Moving a pusher, establish the stable pressure of 10 MPas (100 kgfs of cm2) on the manometer.
At the fixed pusher and lack of dribble of liquid the specified pressure has to remain constant not less than 2 min. Otherwise replace a forward sealing ring.
