Sealing of a body is provided with application of various rubber sealants (fig. 9-46), sealing mastics, rubber caps дпя technological openings and careful adjustment of the interfaced details.
Removing or establishing to a sealant with metal frameworks, do not assume that the framework was rumpled, and on sealants corrugations were formed.
At installation of sealants of apertures of doors apply under a sealant glue 88-NP-35 from the top edge of a back wing on top of apertures of doors and on the central rack to thresholds of doors.

After installation of doors on corners of loops apply sealing mastic 51-G-7, as shown in fig. 9-47. During the replacing or shift of sealants of doorways apply sealing mastic 51-G-7 in the top corners of the central racks.
Seams of contact spot welding which welded stamped details of a body do not give dense connection. They are subject to intensive corrosion, especially on bends of sheets with small radiuses of a rounding off and in places of an overstrain of metal.
From hit of moisture and dirt welded seams on automobile works are sealed with D-4A plastisol.

When replacing separate details of a body, after welding works and putting soil, miss the mark welded seams on both sides with a plastisol of D-4A and apply in angular joints non-drying mastic 51-G-7 to the places shown in fig. 9-48, 9-49, 9-50 and 9-51.
