9.9.3. Replacement of a back wing

When replacing a wing remove a back lamp and a bumper. Release a luggage carrier, remove a rubber sealant of a trunk lid and the fuel tank (if the right wing changes) and disconnect an electrical wiring.
Cut down a thin ostrozatochenny chisel or cut off the grinding machine on a connection wing:

— with an arch of a back wheel on a bend (fig. 9-34), having receded from an edge of a wing of 12 — 15 mm,
— with a floor of a spare wheel (or the fuel tank) on a bend, having receded from an edge of a wing of 12-15 mm;
— with the back panel, having receded from the line of connection of 2 mm;
— with the panel of a cross-piece of a back window, having receded from an edge of a bend of 2-3 mm;
— with a back part of a sidewall on a bend, having receded from an edge of a wing of 15-20 mm.
Cut down a square of connection of a wing with the back panel, having receded from an edge of a square of 15 mm.
Drill with a diameter of 6-7 mm drill points of contact welding on connection of a wing with the side panel of a roof and disconnect a wing. Remove the remained wing strips, align the deformed edges and smooth out seats of a body and a new wing.

Adjust a new wing in the place of landing, take captures and weld gas welding by bars of L 62 or L 68 in the places specified on fragments of fig. 9-35.
Check landing of a wing and weld it contact welding with a step of 40-50 mm. In the absence of the contact and welding car gas welding by an oplavleniye of edges a faltering seam 20 mm long through each 30 mm a bar of L 68 is allowed. In a doorway electric welding in the environment of carbon dioxide is allowed.
