9.9.6. Replacement of a floor of a back, half the fuel tank (spare wheel) and back floor longerons

Replacement is made at the removed back wings, the panel of a back and the amplifier of the panel of a back.

Thin chisel chop off a back floor (in fig. 9-39 of the place of the cabin are shown by a dotted line, on fragments — shooters). Remove with nippers the remained metal strips, align and smooth out the electro-or pneumogrinding machine the deformed edges.

Chop off half the fuel tank (a spare wheel) from longerons and internal arches of back wheels (fig. 9-40), remove strips of metal and align edges.
Chisel chop off longerons from internal arches of back wheels and a cross-piece, remove the remained strips of metal and smooth out seats.
Establish new longerons into place and weld gas welding by bars of L 62, L 68 in the places specified in the drawing.
Weld the central amplifier, the holder with the asbestos laying enclosed under it on a bottom of a floor of a back and arms of fastening of the main muffler. Electric welding carry out in the environment of carbon dioxide points through 40–50 mm a wire of Sv 08G1S or Sv 08G2S with a diameter of 0,8 mm. Gas welding is allowed.
Assign back gender into place and weld gas welding on corners in the points specified in the drawing.
Establish to the back panel the amplifier and weld electric welding in the environment of carbon dioxide points through 40 mm. Install the back panel into place and take to body elements gas welding (see. "Replacement of the panel of a back").
Weld half the fuel tank (a spare wheel) gas welding in the points specified fig. 9-40.
Make preliminary control of all taken details hanging of back wings and trunk lids. Eliminate defects of assembly and finally weld details electric welding in the environment of carbon dioxide a wire of Sv 08G1S or Sv 08G2S a faltering seam 10 mm long through each 30 mm. Force of electric current 50-90 A.
Gas welding by brass bars of L 62 or L 68 points through 30–40 mm is allowed.
